VARIOUS PLACES IN VIETNAM
- A headband from a market in Saigon
- Two scarves, the red/pink/maroon flower one from a little shop in Hoi An and the navy from Gap in Saigon
- How lovely is the bird pattern on the Gap scarf?
- A black top with ruffles and sheer sleeves from Gap (going overseas to buy stuff I can buy at home - another little piece of logic)
- A Revlon whitening facial cleanser because I thought it might balance out the yellowness of my tan
- Ecotools by Alicia Silverstone, because I need make up brushes and thought I might as well be environmentally friendly (other factors included the pretty bag it came with and costing 20 bucks)
Okay, seeing as we spent the majority of our time in Vietnam, I realise this amount of stuff is pretty pathetic, shopping-wise, but my mum’s paranoia rubbed off on me. By paranoia, I mean her believing Vietnamese salespeople to be nothing but corrupt con artists.
